I have been using Auto Tershauna since 2022 and will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Over the last three years, they have handled everything from routine maintenance to a full, unexpected, engine replacement. Fantastic service and communication. Brought my police vehicle, Tahoe in because it was making a funny noise and he immediately diagnosed it and set up an appointment for the following day. Fixed the idler pully and replaced the tension belt. Ordered the part and had the work done the next day. Also very thorough in checking everything. They repaired/replaced so many things on my Honda accord, including a head gasket, for a FRACTION of other quotes I received. Burim is never too busy to answer my questions or take a Quick look at my car when a new problem arises. He really does go above and beyond. He is my mechanic for life!
I will not go anywhere else. I’ve been coming here for eight years starting at his other location. Burim has never treated me with anything other than the utmost respect. I’ve never been taken advantage of because I’m a woman. He treats me like I’m VIP every time. I’ve rarely had to wait longer than a day for repairs. I tell every person I can to take their cars here. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
