UPDATE after the shop’s response: I need to correct several statements made in the owner’s response. First, I was NOT informed in advance that I would be charged $120 for one hour of diagnostic labor. Saying that this was explained to me beforehand does not match my experience. Second, the shop is now publicly claiming that they performed a mechanical oil pressure test with a gauge. Very disappointing experience. I paid $120 for a diagnostic because my car had a red oil pressure warning. Before coming in, I spoke with the mechanic on the phone and was told that they could perform the necessary test. Instead, they only scanned the car with a computer and gave me a repair estimate of around $1,650. When I asked for the actual oil pressure readings in PSI, they couldn’t provide them because they never performed a mechanical oil pressure test. Never again. Place is a rip off. Charged me 97.00 for a jump start, then 485.00 for a battery and labor. It took 25 min to put the battery in. I won’t send no one to this place. You’ll get me once but never again FRANKLIN!!!!
