Called em to ask if they'd check my car on Sunday, would have been totally fine if they couldn't, but they assured me they'd see me. Asked me to call them before I went over, so I did and they confirmed. Ended up spending an hour in front of the shop. Kept getting texts that they were on the way but no one showed. Picked the place cause there were so many great reviews on customer service, not sure how wasting my time is good customer service. Just tell me next time that you can't make an appointment...
The customer service was great and they got the job done in timely fashioned. I recommend them to anyone in Jersey City
Excellent service! Franklin came out to my dead RV - when no one else would even look at it even if I towed it to them. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and gerry rigged it so I could drive it to his shop- no tow needed! He bought the required parts for it on the way and fixed it immediately. He then checked all my systems to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive 5 hours home. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything.
