Chrissy was fantastic! Prior to actually coming to the dealership I spoke with Chrissy and she was up front about ideal cars in my budget and what my payments would be. After driving 2.5 hours, meeting Chrissy made the drive worth it. She was so friendly and is truly a people person. I walked away with a perfect car for my budget and what I was looking for. So glad i went through auto sense, i got into an accident on the 9th and totalled my car that i just leased 3 months ago. I became underwater with the loan since the settlement didnt cover the whole thing and i kept on getting denied because of it or was told i would need a ridiculous amount if money to put down, but a dealership sent me to them saying they might be able to help, and so i met with chrissy and she bent over backwards to get me into a car. When you have employees driving trucks with dealer plates on them, you should teach them about responsible driving. NOT passing someone at a RED LIGHT almost causing an accident with stopped vehicles. If we didn’t swerve to the right, your driver would’ve hit the passenger side of my car, with children in the back seat. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!!! We will NEVER buy a car from you.
Nothing but great things to say about this place. I've purchased a few vehicles to start a fleet for my business and they even offered to service them for me. Mikayla truly goes above and beyond for the customers.
I have called a few times with lots of questions and Mikayla in the office is always willing to answer them and directed me to sales to answer anything she was unsure of. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from here due to the amazing customer service.
