I want to start off by saying thank you to the whole team! I have been in and out with my car. And let’s get it straight it’s not because of them it was because of bad parts and yes all shops get stuff like that even bad shipments of tires as well, it just happens. That was for shocks/struts. I was in for my steering rack thing they were good to me then too. Unfortunately my last few experiences here have been really terrible as a customer. My 10+ year old car was experiencing oil leaks, I visited over three times in six months to get this fixed each time paying over a thousand dollars with ZERO indication that this problem was terminal, unsustainable, and rapidly worsening. Now I'm THOUSANDS in debt with an aggressive creditor Auto Select recommended that I had to agree to to pay my bill for an undrivable car and I'm looking at filing for bankruptcy.
