I really thought this would be a great experience. The owner was just plain mean and unprofessional. I paid cash for a car Dec 21 and have been stuck with thousands in repairs since. Just to be yelled at and DISRESPECTED by the owner when DOING MY BEST TO NEGOTIATE A SOLUTION. anyone else have this problem? I would like the local tv station to run a segment on this. Please pm me
I've financed 2 vehicles with Robin and have had nothing but the best service from them. People who expect used vehicles to be perfect are living in Fantasyland. I know Auto Select checks the vehicles out as best they can to ensure a safe vehicle but sometimes things do break. Welcome to life. If you want a dealership who will help you with repairs and truly wants your car to last, this is the dealership for you.
The service was great, didn't take long to get into a car and Robin is an excellent dealer. I love my KiA!
