Don’t try to negotiate a price, they will have none of that. Just put down money and we will fix the problems. Second time we looked at the car, still not fixed. Grinding and squeaking is normal?
Maybe don't hang up on customers when they ask you if you are willing to negotiate the price. Although I may have ultimately been willing to pay the list price despite how rude they were, once he hung up on my husband when he said he would talk it over with me, I realized I would never by a vehicle from this dealer.
