Went to the dealer on a Wednesday around 1pm to look and test drive the vehicle... multiple customers waiting ..it looked like dealer employees were out to lunch.. peeked at the vehicle and decided to call their other location, was told this location was closed !! Was pissed and Went staring to another dealer and purched a similar vehicle with about the same amount of miles.. if dealer would’ve been open , I more than likely would have purchased this vehicle
I Test drove the car and when we were ready to get a deal going they come back to me and say car has been sold after waiting for 30 mins
Salesman was nice but cars were dirty, out of gas, and dead when I arrived. One car had a horrible smoker stench and the other had lots of door dings and a flat tire. I emailed in advanced and they still were not prepared after my 2 hour drive to get there.
terrible experience; seems they are not motivated. failed on two attempts to schedule an appt. i stood on the lot for 10mins looking at the car i wanted to give them $25K for, & they could have cared less.
The guy was nice and seemed to really be trying to help me get this car, but when I got the cash down, which was way more than I originally had set aside, plus my trade in by the next day I got no call back. Then the next day a different sales manager calls me and says I needed a thousand more down that I was mis informed. I went elsewhere. They are not right.
