I was able to get an appointment right away and they were able to make the repair while I waited. They also told me some of the things they noticed might need attention in the future without pressuring me to make the repairs right then. I truly appreciate their honesty and friendliness. We have been coming here for years and gave such praise. The last two visits the dynamic has changed and the man at the desk is so rude to everyone that walks in the door. Because of him, Auto Repair Technology has officially lost our business. He acts like you are an inconvenience and speaks so rudely. Whom ever owns the garage better address his personality or several other customers will leave as well. I used to brag about this place to everyone I met. I'm utterly disappointed!!!
