It's good to see one on one conversation with a live person, who isn't reading a script. As customers, it's good to know that we are welcomed as individuals, not just numbers!! Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Vehicle repairs suck!. And can cost alot of money. This is not a budget shop!. Not the most expensive either I'm sure. But what They are is reliable and trustworthy. I took my vechicle in for an oil change and an estimate on what I already knew would be a big job. They sent Me a text messages from Their program breaking down the whole inspection with pictures of everything!. There is no wool being pulled over your eyes. I want to say a very good place from day one my truck was done for 8 month and worried about who would tell me right. I called Karen about 5 times before I choose this place and she was a Doll and Dan I believe he owns it and he worked with me until the end....I am very satisfied with them
I had two issues with my 2014 Ford Focus, which I had initially taken to the dealership to repair, but when I found out they wanted to charge almost $110 PER issue just to diagnose the problem, I left without them checking my car at all. Not only did ART offer a free diagnosis, but they were able to repair both of my issues in the same day. Highly recommend!
Superb customer service. After working on my Honda, they took the time to take it for an echeck. Kept me informed and updated throughout. Definitely recommended for any repairs needed.
