I took my vehicle in around mid July for no ac. As of sep 10th I’ve had my van here 4 separate times for a total of almost $2200 (1 repair at $1000 and 1 at $1200 and 2 free visits) and still have no ac. Throughout all 4 visits he seemed ready to resolve the issue. After the 4th visit and contacting him to say the ac still wasnt working his attitude changed to more of being annoyed and done with my van. This place is a gem! Donnie is an honest man who went above and beyond to do a time-sensitive clutch replacement on my car! Quick, clean job and lightning faster than the other guys! Prices were as expected and there was no funny business. He also has a well-behaved schnoodle named Duncan that will greet you and take you to Donnie. Great shops like these are hard to find. I'd recommend Auto Repair Tally to my closest friends!
Best mechanic ever
I wish I could give this place 6 stars. It was taking me forever to get my car fixed since I didn't have a ride home. I called to make an appointment and Donnie was able to get me in immediately and even drove me home. He called before they did anything to discuss what needed to be done and give me an estimate, then was able to order the part and get it fixed by the end of the day. WOW, best auto repair shop I have ever used. Anyone can put in a lot of equipment, but this gets down to the people there. Very professional, upfront and honest about what the repair really is, very timely diagnostics and repair, fastest I ever had. A family-owned business I will definitely support. And it made my wife happy to get her car back so fast.
