After 30 years of our family taking our cars to Sunnyside they totaled our vehicle returning it to us after a routine oil change. After stating they would make things right for us they blew us off
If you value your $$$ look elsewhere. They wanted to replace parts I already had replaced. Stay away.
I would refer them because of past experience with Sunnyside auto repair, they do great work and try refix work if not done right the first time. i will continue to go to them for my automotive repair and service needs
We've been using Sunnyside Auto Repair for over 15 years. They have earned our trust by offering quality repair service, excellent customer service all at a fair price.
That the service is exceptional and I have always been quickly informed if there are any additional problems that may present themselves in the future. Management treats their customers with a personal touch and addresses clients by their name giving a small town feeling.
Very honest place, staff is very courteous to customers, nothing is done prior to contacting the customer with an explanation of what needs to be done and the cost...therefore there are "no surprises" for the the customer. Nice to know someone is looking ot for you.
Friendly. They always do excellent work. I have been a customer for 11 years and have never and would never take my car anywhere else.
Not only did he ease my mind when it came to the repair on my car they had it completed and ready to go within 1 day, Jeff was very open and honest and explained in detail the problems in terms I could understand. I will definitely return in the future and will refer anyone to them if they are in need of repairs . Keep up the good work Sunnyside Auto your honesty and integrity gets an A+ in my book. The service is excellent. Repairs are completed timely and never require a second visit to fix the problem.
