I went back to claim the warranty on a repair Robert made to my car that had not worked (one for which I had paid him an expensive price). Robert kept my car for three days in total after having said that he'd only need to keep it for one and, upon returning it to me, he told me that he couldn't fix it because the issue was electrical and not mechanical (and of course, he didn't reimburse me anything although I had originally brought my car to him to get this same issue fixed and he had failed to do so; so, what did he do to... read more
Excellent service and pricing. I've been going there since 2009 and I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else.
Lost trust, it mest up my car,
Called on a Saturday and told to come in on Wednesday. I bring it by and was told to bring it the following week. Oh well, what can you do.
Replaced fuel pump which was not the problem. Paid $390 for part and labor and they still couldn't figure out why the engine light was still on. Took it to a very respected mechanic on the north side of town that a friend recommended. In and out in 1 hr paid $70. I don't recommend this place just scaming people pretending to know what they are doing. Ladies be careful with this place they will rip you off!
