great experience They came recommended by a co-worker at the university who has used them for 10 + years. What a great experience! Their shuttle drive took me to work and picked me up when finished. The folks on the counter were as nice as I've ever dealt with. The work was completed on time and at prices were fair. I've since recommended several friends who've had nothing but great experiences.
Competent and fair I have used Auto Pro to Call for a wide variety of services on cars ranging from a 1992 Honda Accord to a 1999 VW Passat to a 2008 Lexus ES350. They are competent and fair. All the work I have had performed has been done on time and within the estimate given to me in advance. They also have free shuttle service to your home or office. If you have money to throw away... I heard that this shop was good but pricey, but it is convenient to my work so I left it there for an inspection. I was told that the inspection failed because of a leak in the exhaust system, and the repair would be $275. They replaced a light bulb. I got a second opinion from Midas and had the exhaust issue fixed by Midas for $105. I took it back and got a surly desk clerk who's cheesy bio clearly stated that he was overqualified to be a grease monkey, with a PHD in computer science or so... read more

Great Customer Service, Honest Repair Shop I recently took in my CRV for its 90,000 mi. inspection and these guys were great to deal with. They gave me a print out on all that needed to be done and then discussed them in order of importance. They didn't pressure me into anything and explained stuff to me about my car without seeming derogatory. great group of guys! I have been using this business for car work since I moved to the area several years ago. I feel that they are very honest, hard working guys. They guarantee all their work and are more than willing to walk you through repairs when done. I feel that they are pretty comparable price wise to others in the area. They are fast and friendly. Not Honest I recently used them for the car inspection. They found small things first and then keep adding items to repair. I think the service person I dealt with was not honest. After spending several hundred dollars. I changed to other shop and they did not find anything wrong and passed inspection for just over 30 dollars.
Dog lover I have had a great experience at Auto Pro to Call. I first brought one of my cars for some major repairs and I was very impressed! Jamie Wells at Auto Pro to Call was very informative, reliable, helpful and honest. I was so pleased with my first exerpience with this shop that I recommended service to my husband.
