Competent and fair I have used Auto Pro to Call for a wide variety of services on cars ranging from a 1992 Honda Accord to a 1999 VW Passat to a 2008 Lexus ES350. They are competent and fair. All the work I have had performed has been done on time and within the estimate given to me in advance. They also have free shuttle service to your home or office. NOT RECOMMENDED I would not recommend Auto Pro To Call to anyone for servicing your car. The only reason I went there instead of the place I trust and normally use was I had a coupon for state inspection, oil change and wiper blades for $30..00. Since the inspection costs $30.00, I thought it was a great deal. After waiting almost 3 hours, I was told that my car failed inspection because of brakes and I needed new front brake pads and new roters - which would cost $330.00 I did suspect I might have brake pad issues, so that ... read more
Positive experiences These guys have taken great care of our family's cars for many years and we've never had anything but positive experiences. My wife and I trust them completely.
If you have money to throw away... I heard that this shop was good but pricey, but it is convenient to my work so I left it there for an inspection. I was told that the inspection failed because of a leak in the exhaust system, and the repair would be $275. They replaced a light bulb. I got a second opinion from Midas and had the exhaust issue fixed by Midas for $105. Great Customer Service, Honest Repair Shop I recently took in my CRV for its 90,000 mi. inspection and these guys were great to deal with. They gave me a print out on all that needed to be done and then discussed them in order of importance. They didn't pressure me into anything and explained stuff to me about my car without seeming derogatory. Beware Charged an 18 year old college student on his way to Spring Break $868.00 to replace a fuel pump and filter. : ( 'Nough said.
Not Honest I recently used them for the car inspection. They found small things first and then keep adding items to repair. I think the service person I dealt with was not honest. After spending several hundred dollars. I changed to other shop and they did not find anything wrong and passed inspection for just over 30 dollars.
Kattie I had taken my car to have some major repairs at Auto Pro and I am very happy. The service was super and the staff went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Great shop!
