After being involved in an accident a tow truck appeared at the accident scene. I was in distress my car was not drivable and I did need a tow truck. This guy felt like if he was god sent. The tow truck driver did not tow my car to my home he towed it to this body shop. My insurance reached out to the shop they made it difficult for them to go out there and do an inspection they stall the whole process for 2 weeks so they could charge storage fees. Unethical business practices. Don't get influenced by Hadley Tow or any tow driver to take your car here. Lot full. Interior shop not well lit. Either all repair staff gone in afternoon before closing or no actual work is being done in darkly lit shop. Wanted car removed from there to approved repair shop authorized by insurance nothing but push back and unprofessional tactics. If I could give zero stars I would.
The office lady is beyond extremely rude and childish. Having someone with little to no phone skills who looks to argue when a customer is asking genuine questions in relations to their situation is beyond unprofessional.
Got in an accident brought my Tesla into auto collision they helped me every step of the way and my car came out looking amazing!! Highly recommend this place! I wish I could give them 100 stars
I've been here for two separate accidents. Most recently came here looking for a quote when my rear view mirror and fender got side-swiped. Jessie walked me through everything and took care of me on a few small repairs besides the immediate damages free of cost. He's a very responsive and honest person. Front desk workers also have positive attitudes and now I've had two great experiences coming here. Highly recommend!
