Exceptional Service & Highly Recommended! I had an issue with my Mercedes C250 after taking it to another service center, where unfortunately the car’s system was messed up and the car wouldn’t even start. I wish I had enough time to fully express my gratitude to Emilio. I was getting gouged by the nissan dealership right next door and he helped me so much to make sure I was prepared and serviced well with what he could do. He was so attentive and explained everything clearly, no BS, worked with me going back and forth from nissan for a service they could only do. (And im pretty sure they didn't since my engine light is still on) He has my full trust and a customer for life.
Several instances where any other shop would have price gouged or stacked items up, they just don't. I used to live an hour away, and I used them. Now I live 5 hours away, and I still use them. They are THE BEST. Seriously.
