Needing a car after a car accident and not wanting the hassle of a large corporation, i decided to stay in my area and give patronage to a local used car dealer. Reluctant to show car fax. Car fax ultimately showed an accident, a history of troublesome front end problems and two auction sales. Dealer refused to replace tires resulting in the loss of the sale.

Unreasonable customer.We were very polite and bent over backwards getting the customer financed.We also we did give the customer the car fax on second visit and offered to split the tires even though they had 85% tread left.
