I was in Bogota Colombia for the winter when I found my 2018 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 4 matic. Rachel worked with me so that payment could be made online and the dates were set! I flew in From Bogota on a Friday, picked up the car Saturday morning and it was in my garage a day and 1/2 later in Wisconsin! Flew back to Bogota and the weather is nice! Almost immediate responses. 100% transparency on every question asked about vehicle. Went as far as to get me exact info on every particular I asked about. Unfortunately, I was to slow pulling the trigger and rig got away. But hands down, you just don’t find quality customer services like this anymore.
