This is not only the best customer care experience but they make it personal. That makes a huge difference. I had got a car that turned out to be a lemon unfortunately. But these guys were amazing they truly went above and beyond and now I'm getting another new car. They ate great in all the departments here. I work with the owners dad and u would have to say he done a good job cause his son is treating people right. Thanks!

These guys have went above and beyond to help me out and get me into the new truck I have been looking for. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I had to shop around for a new car. I didn't want just any car, I had a specific car in mind. So I was looking at cars online, and then "There It Was!" ... the exact car I was looking for... same color and everything. I called the Auto Plaza Group to find out if they still had that car and they said yes. I explained that I lived out of state and couldn't make it there until the following weekend but I was really interested in it. There should not be an hour wait for an oil change when you have an appointment. The appointment was made to ensure the time schedule we were on would be kept.
