I absolutely love the Ford service department!! I decided to give their sales team a try thinking they would be just as great. My experience started out pretty good. They listened to what I needed, I found the vehicle I wanted. They started paperwork and I had my son with me who was getting restless so he told me to go home and he would be calling me when they had everything worked out.
