Many reviews state they have had issues with their cars and the owner unprofessionally replies with how it’s all the customers fault. Seems like a very shady place to buy a car from.
Great Dealership, honest about there trucks and are BBB approved. They give CarFax reports for free of charge and are willing to work with you no matter your situation.
It starts with the beautiful Hannaa who called me as if she was the salesperson. She was professional and nice. She gets 5 stars. I appreciated her follow up call. I purchased a BMW X5 but I’m waiting to hear back because a few things need fixed and it’s been a week. Hannaa did her job so standby for my follow up review on my salesman and the rest. It’s been a week and still no call back appt date. We’ll see if we can change this 3 star to five.
This place is a great used car dealership. Sam was very helpful and went through the financing process in great detail and slowed down on the important parts. They don't try to hide anything, they are good people and have a family-like vibe. Overall, I will definitely be coming back here to purchase another vehicle once my family gets a little bigger. Absolutely terrible experience at Auto Place in Dallas. I bought a vehicle from them, and they failed to provide the spare keys—something that should be standard with any car purchase. When I followed up, I was met with excuses, lack of accountability, and zero urgency to resolve the issue.
