Really disappointing experience overall. The service was extremely slow and unorganized—it took way longer than it should have just to get basic help, even though the place wasn’t busy. What made it worse was seeing employees outside smoking while customers were left waiting inside with no assistance. That’s just a bad look and shows a lack of professionalism.
