I highly recommend Auto Owners for your insurance needs. I had a recent claim and their representative Ariana did an amazing job. It was no more than a couple of days and the claim was complete. Great customer service and follow up.
I was recently involved in a fender bender, that ended well. The representative Maria Simon, from the insurance company was very professional and helpful. She received my documents and issued me a rental car. The car repair took about 14days, I was not inconvenienced at all. Thanks very much Maria for the excellent customer service.
My experience with Calli moen was exceptionally good very diligent and kindness no words to say thank you.
A month ago I received an email saying " Thank you for being a customer for 5 years!! We appreciate your business. " Then I received an email a week later, which was my car insurance bill, and it went up almost $100.00 more a month!!!!! I have been the customer that didn't have any tickets or accidents. And the only claim was front windshield where someone pulled out in front of me on Hwy 82 off a gravel driveway and kicked up rocks on our brand new car.
