Very disrespectful, I left a voicemail and received no follow-up. I called back to get a status update, and I was treated like I was being impatient. What a nightmare. I wish I could give a zero rating.
I do not recommend. The way they treat people is quite shocking. The agents are very disrespectful.
Lady BACKED into my daughters car and they have done nothing but fight us and be super disrespectful. Could not file a police report because it was “ private property “ in front of Panchero’s Officer was there made sure info exchanged. They have tried to put my daughter at fault the whole entire time from the start saying we will not pay, even though the DAMAGE IS TO THE REAR of my daughter’s car. Absolutely horrible. Agents are very unprofessional. They talk over you and are completely inappropriate with how they talk to customers. Run!!!
