We moved to Columbia, MO about a year ago to be closer to our grandchildren. Our previous insurance company, after having been their customer of for 10+/- years, did not treat us well in 2025. Thanks to Jordan Hereth of Hereth Insurance Consulting for helping us secure Home/Auto/Umbrella policies from Auto-Owners in October 2025 that fit within our budget and similar to previous insurance costs from our former insurance company.
Auto Owners was great to work with on my recent Hail Claim. The process was very seamless, and they explained everything along the way. Stephen Bray, my adjuster, made the entire process very easy. He was always easy to get ahold of quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Auto Owners for your Insurance needs.
Terrible company. Terrible claims process. Terrible management. Get lawyer involved immediately.
