Auto Owners was great to work with on my recent Hail Claim. The process was very seamless, and they explained everything along the way. Stephen Bray, my adjuster, made the entire process very easy. He was always easy to get ahold of quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Auto Owners for your Insurance needs.
Terrible company. Terrible claims process. Terrible management. Get lawyer involved immediately. Working with this company has been the worst experience in my life. The communication with the estimator has been 0. No plan or next steps have been sent out. We have a long list of questions that haven't been answered. The mold removal guy has even been prioritized over us. The estimate process has been just as bad. We mentioned to Tom that there are large items missing from our estimate and incorrect product replacement adjustment.
