I would love to give 0 stars! My car is still squealing 6 months later people, from "new brakes and new rotors"? Very crooked people at Auto Outlet of Spencerport. The test drive was the best the car has driven. After I handed over the money and let them keep the car for 9 hours to "detail" the vehicle, is when it all started! PLEASE BE AWARE
This is the worst place to buy a vehicle form they will sell you faulty vehicles and refuse to fix the issue they're a complete scammers I wish I had read the reviews before I made my purchase if i could rate them a zero I would.
Bought a 2010 forester, few days later VDC light came on. Took it back, they "cleared" it. Light came back on again. Took it to Subaru, 500 dollar sensor. Thanks Auto outlet!!!!
Spent a weekend going dealership to dealership. Had heard of Auto Outlet, and been contacted by another branch after veiwing some of their vehicles. Stopped in to see their inventory: the staff, Nick in particular, asked what I was in the market for and directed me to multiple vehicles. We test drove 2 SUVs, and afterward they gave me full packets of information on both.
