Horrible customer service. I spoke to a salesman on the phone yesterday who told me to drop in today before noon to have my exhaust pipe measured to make sure they can order the right one. When I arrived the owner told me that “I’m not getting in to his shop today, He’s painting cars in his shop”. I was confused as yesterday I was told by his employee over the phone to just stop in anytime and they would just measure it to order the exhaust. Friendly people and atmosphere and they always do a great job no matter what the task!
