I bought a 2009 Ford F150 with approx 119,000 miles from their Wichita location. The truck started having issues a few weeks after purchase. I got a hold of their GM at about 32 days after purchase. The gm told me to get it to their AAMCO they had started using for repairs. The ABS light had come on, the windshield didnt spray cleaner, and it needed a transmission rebuild. Auto Now really screwed my family over. I bought a mini van from them about six years ago. Was almost done paying it off and traded it in for a Charger. Total cost for a 2009 Charger with finance charges was $19,000. So obviously I way overpaid. But I was okay with that part. So the Charger was on a 3 1/2 year loan and March was my 3 year mark. Wow! I don’t know where exactly to begin, I was very skeptical about buying a vehicle from Auto Now based on reviews, but I’m so glad I DID! Its was easy for me to get a car but 1 month after having the car it started having problems with not wanting to start. while is drive the car would stop. my mom has gone through them and when her suv started having problems, she took it to multiple shops they told her to and the problem never got fixed, so I don't want to have the same problem. had the car for a year now, made on time payments but have only been able to drive my car for 2 months out of the whole year.

lesha H*** called in a few weeks ago. l spoke to her. l advised her to take to a shop, gave her the name and phone number to the shop. I advised her we pay up to $100 for tow to the shop under the warranty if she needs it. I advised her we need to get it to the shop for diagnostic and we can go from there.
