They helped me out of a bad situation, but their customer service sucks! There is no website to make payments from and no one ever answers the phone when I try to call to make my payment. Once I straighten out my employment situation I will be taking my business elsewhere!

My niece purchased a vehicle almost 2wks ago. We was there for 4 hlf hrs and you guys knew she has a 4 yr old and 20 mth old child. But now the car You sold us..... does not want to turn on, the heat does not work in it and the radio suit working!! Now this is supposed to be s good GOD believing and loving place and people!!! Then why are y'all BS (bulsh****) when she ask for help????!!!!!
