Especially Dewayne he helped my family and I find the perfect car for me! He so was so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs!
Sadly I was hoping with a 4.2 rate we would of had a good experience but that was not the case for us. Being over 2 hours away a lot of our conversation was over a phone or through Facebook messenger. I bought a vehicle in April & it’s been an issue since. It is now November & it’s stuck in first gear. Needless to say it’s a paperweight now. The things they were supposed to correct before the purchase took 3 weeks & was only rigged not fixed. I will NEVER go back or allow anyone I know to go there!
I gave a 5 star over a week ago when we bought my sons first car. Can't find the review to change it to a 0. We have had the car for 18 hours in 10 days. It was supposed to be fixed this morning and they tell us they ordered the wrong part. The defrost is something that should have been checked/fixed before it was sold. Don't recommend! Stay far away. UPDATE: Auto Nerd was ordered to appear in court on March 9th and didn't, so they have been served an Order to Issue. They have failed to appear in court twice now. This "honest" owner claims to have bought back my vehicle and that has not been done. They have a track record of not providing a vehicle title within the amount time they are legally given. Do not buy a car here they rip you off. Over charge you for a car that break down a day after you buy them. I have had nothing but issue with my car since I go it. Engine oil leak breaks grounding cable wrong battery in the car computer system. I shouldn't have to pay over 5000 in repairs for a car I havn't even had the car for a year. I was told by them it was a good realiable car. It has been broke down more then I have been able to drive it.
If I could have negative stars I would....took longer to get the title than the car ran. Two weeks after we bought a car for $3000 cash, the engine blew. The oil caps were wiped clean and Armor All was used to cover oil stains....they knew it had engine problems and covered it up to sell it!!! They're dishonest and take advantage of people. We told them what happened and they wanted us to pay to take it to "THEIR ENGINE MECHANIC" why would I pay? Why didn't they have the mechanic check it BEFORE selling it.
