Quick, easy, & honest. Hovik was respectful, courteous, and diligent with his work. He quoted me for a Star smog on my 2010 Ford Edge over the phone and kept the quote price after the service. No extra fees and no BS. Plus, if you fail the smog Hovik offers a discount on your retest. 10/10 I highly recommend Van Nuys Smog!

Complete waste of time and cash. There are way better shops that actually do their job and treat customers with respect. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else-these people don't deserve your business.i have been there 3 times with my friends and every time bad experience
Absolutely terrible experience. The staff here have zero customer service skills — rude, dismissive, and clearly just in it to make a quick buck. They don’t take the time to explain anything and seem annoyed when you ask questions. Feels like they just want to fail you for anything so they can charge you more for unnecessary “repairs” or retests. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience while they try to empty your wallet.
