I received parts from them on time for my Duster and when I went to inquire about some door strikers that I had ordered, the customer service representative said "I think that you are breaking up, please call back" and he hung up on me. That is terrible customer service and horribly immature. I will not buy anything else from them again.

I purchased a $1000 hood. They sent it in a box full of holes with one 20"x20" sheet of bubble wrap. Very insignificant shipping materials. The driver of the truck DRAGGED it across the parking lot, couldn't find anyone to sign for it, so he forged a signature. The hood had several dents, one fist sized, and the structure was bent. Anna at AMD refused to make this right. She even ignored the Better Business Bureau. We purchased a hood from them.....packaging was not damaged but what was in the box was - 70 Challenger hood. Terrible customer service and said basically that they don’t guarantee that the metal is not dented, scratched, etc. They said that they would give us $50 discount. Will never shop with them again.

I bought 5500.00 in parts for a 68 dodge charger. About have fit terrible! Left front fender marker light hole is 3/8 of an inch off center of the body line. Rear valance corners are JUNK. I had to cut them in half add metal and weld them back together to get them to fit right. Customer service is terrible. I restore several cars a year and will never use these clowns again!

Bought windshield sill plate does not fit right. Is shaped wrong. Talked to mark kelly and the customer service was terrible. We played email tag back and forth. He wasted my time and was very rude to me. He basically was trying to blow me off. I am stuck with a part that they want take back. I will no long buy anything from auto metal direct. I am very disappointed.

Tom S. I still haven,t got all my parts for My Duster 340 and now the body shop went out of business due to health reasons . Five months and still haven't got my parts. This is crap I will never do business with fly by night company again. And they want me to rate them are they kidding me what B.S.

I have 1972 Duster 340 that was wrecked bye a towing company in Malvern Ohio. I have fought for 14months to get my car fixed . I ordered about 3500. dollars worth of parts from AMD in first of January. The parts have been dribbled out to me going on 3 months. I'm still waiting for a Right front fender.I was told they don't stock to much Mopar stuff because it doesn't move like G.M. parts.
