You can tell everything about people by how they treat people who don't really have a choice. My wife were traveling when our car broke down in the middle of no where. We had the car towed to auto medic. They listened and we're genuinely concerned for us. They diagnosed the car right away. It would be a few days to get the parts we needed. We got there so late that the rental car place would close before we could walk there. They drove us down just to make sure we could get a car to go home. We broke down traveling through Lima. Auto Medic had good reviews, so we called them. They recommended a tow service who were friendly and reasonable. Auto Medic were able to fix our caliper, rim, and tire in a couple of hours. They were so nice, professional, and reasonably priced. I cannot say enough positive things about them. We were on our way quickly thanks to the best auto mechanics I have worked with in years!
