You can tell everything about people by how they treat people who don't really have a choice. My wife were traveling when our car broke down in the middle of no where. We had the car towed to auto medic. They listened and we're genuinely concerned for us. They diagnosed the car right away. It would be a few days to get the parts we needed. We got there so late that the rental car place would close before we could walk there. They drove us down just to make sure we could get a car to go home. We broke down traveling through Lima. Auto Medic had good reviews, so we called them. They recommended a tow service who were friendly and reasonable. Auto Medic were able to fix our caliper, rim, and tire in a couple of hours. They were so nice, professional, and reasonably priced. I cannot say enough positive things about them. We were on our way quickly thanks to the best auto mechanics I have worked with in years!
I was hoping to write a 5 star review today. But my car sat there for 3 days untouched. No updates no notifications. I dropped it off Wednesday and was told it would be done in a day or two at most. I called in Friday asking if my car was ready to pick up and the guy told me it wasn't going to be ready until Monday and was very short with me.
