Auto max on point Marion rd is Unprofessional horrible service i paid to have two tires mounted and balanced they damaged my center caps, didnt balance the tires and my dash even displayed a warning due to improper tire pressure!! This place is a safety hazard They don't even have the skills or proper equipment let alone their absolute terrible customer service they wouldn't even give me my money back after i had to drive on hazardous wheels n pay more somewhere else to get it corrected!!! Very professional staff took great care of me. I'm an idiot when it comes to cars but they were able to explain it so I could understand. Will definitely recommend for folks expirencing transmission issues
Highly recommend! What started as a normal morning transporting a couple kittys from Preston County to SNIP WV then to head back to Kingwood for work came to an abrupt stop when my belt broke into shreds and pulled another wire off with it. Many thanks to Jeremiah and Robert for taking me right in and getting me back on the road.

brought my car in to have a bent rim looked at and the man in the shop was able to come out and unbend it right there in the parking lot for me no problem. great experience :-)
