My Jeep recently experienced an unexpected mechanical failure, and I had to promptly drop it off at Auto Masters. The owner recognized I had no ride planned so she volunteered to drive me to my next destination. This act of kindness, along with many other positive transactions I've had, makes Auto Masters the best mechanic shop I've ever worked with!
I had the valve cover gasket & power steering pump done by Auto Masters on my Acura TL. They were professional, thorough and the pricing was great! They are honest & hard working! I will definitely be bringing all of my family's vehicles here for future service and highly recommend Auto Masters to all!
Took my vehicle there three times in the span of two weeks because it was cutting off and not idling well and they were unable to fix it. I spent $800 fixing issues they told me that would address the problem, but it was never actually fixed. The manager told me I could bring it in a 4th time and pay more money but they're not even sure if it would fix the problem or not.
