Liars and cheats, didn't fix my vehicle but charged me anyways
I was extremely unsatisfied with their mediocre and dishonest work. They made unauthorized "repairs" that did nothing but cost my family hundreds of dollars. They charged us $800 for a $120 job as well.
They worked on my '49 Ford F1 and fixed wiring issues; they are expert on today's complicated vehicles and still can work on the classics!
very friendly staff, and they keep you informed of everything about your car. great experience. will be bringing my car here in the future.
I arrived in Columbus to visit with my daughter and attend my grandson first soccer game. Unknown to me that my water pump would not survive the drive from southeast ga. Auto Masters took very good care of my car with a 24 hour turn around and assured me I would make the trip back home and I did. Thank you AutoMasters.

Staff is very nice. Techs really know their job & make sure things are right before you leave. I recommend them to anyone needing auto repair. Thanks Joe for helping us get excellent service.
I have had work done at Auto Masters twice and both times it was done to perfection and I thought the cost was reasonable. I do recommend them to My friends for service done right at a fair price.
