Extremely professional and reliable. Delivered exactly as promised, with clear guidance on resolving an electronic issue. Communication was transparent throughout, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring.
I wish I had something positive to say about this business but I simply don't. All of these automasters franchises will upsell as much as they can out of each customer to try and meet targets/record months. There's no morals. There's a lot of dodgy workmanship. It's a shame.
Had my beloved commodore serviced here... Only to find oil all over my driveway the next day. It appears the sump plug is leaking and they've tried to use lots of sealant to seal it up. This is unacceptable. I will no longer trust automasters.
