Got a 2018 audi a4, its been less than 2 weeks and having to fill coolant every second day. Making a claim to hopefully get it in a shop under warranty but currently not able to drive. Talk to the salesman and he said not to worry about the pre existing scratches and damages, they would get them fixed. Issue is no one is replying to the emails and text messages sent. But yeah, cars not drivable and having to get towed to a shop less than 2 weeks of ownership
Absolutely stellar experience. Gave us everything up front and honestly. Pointed out every possible issue with any vehicle we looked at. Spent over an hour bringing cars around so we could test if it would fit our daughters wheelchair. Garry was a top notch person to handle our needs, Karandeep in finance and Paul the general manager were amazing, the guys in the service and parts area were equally as phenomenal. Avoid this place. Bought a car a month ago, brought it in 2 or 3 times to be fixed and they never found the problem. They clearly didn’t do the inspection they claimed to do before selling the car and it’s obvious they dont take care of the cars they have. At this point I’m now paying someone who actually knows what they’re doing to fix the car instead of bringing it back to be fixed by them for free. We had a great experience here purchasing 2 vehicles. Everyone was super friendly, no pushy salesman tactics, everyone did their best to get the best deal we could get and we're extremely happy in the end with how everything turned out. I bought a Honda CR-V and Faisal is seriously taking care of his customers, even after you already buy the car. His customer service is awesome! What I liked the most is that he was so calm and patient, he gave me full time to decide. Most dealers try to pressure me, but he never did.
