This is a valid review of this low end dealership, drove hours upon hours to see a Lexus, got there car was beat up and misfired real bad. Decided to call Lexus headquarters provide vin, just to find out the car was just traded in 2,000 miles ago because they couldn't pin point the misfire issue. Lexus then took the car to auction where auto liberty bought the car and is selling it , without disclosing the issues, if anyone would like I have a copy of the service report from Lexus of Alexandria where the car was , stay away.... read more
I've only dealt with them because they will do whatever it takes (of possible) to get you into a car BUT, they lie so much. Before signing anything get the car checked out by someone you trust. They will give you the run around, play dumb when I car you haven't had for 2 weeks won't cut on & the engine light won't go away. This is my 3rd car from them & my 7th or 8th time being involved with someone getting a car from here. They are good ppl but like to play dumb & somehow make everything that goes wrong on the car your faul... read more
