I had a nice experience at Auto Land of Thornburg! I bought a black Saab 9-3 with 110k miles on it. The car appears to be in remarkably good condition for a 13 year old vehicle and it had only one previous owner. So far so good. Jessica was very nice and helpful throughout the transaction. The gentleman was nice but I definitely got ripped off on the car. It's my fault for not checking the value of the vehicle. I paid $1700 more than it's worth. The price I paid was for a vehicle in excellent condition but this was not. I've had it one day and already the turbo has to be replaced, had to replace the intake manifold. It's a decent little car but there's no way they didn't know of these issues. Honesty would've went a long way.
My experience at Auto Land was great! Luis was very patience and honest with me during the entire process of purchasing my Jeep Wrangler. The car itself had been well maintained and fairly priced. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a good used vehicle!
8/18/2023 Well, within the first 3 weeks, the van's roof leaked all over the front of the car when it rained, and the radiator had to be replaced. We've contacted the office several times to inform them and work out a payment agreement and I am having to come out of pocket and pay for the repairs even though we were told to send the invoice a few days ago, noone can get a hold of the owner today. Great place, I got tired of putting money in my car. Just couldn't take it anymore so decided to get a car financed for the 1st time in 50 years. They made it so easy, walked in there and they asked what I was looking for? Told him my range to put down and my range for monthly payments. To my surprise somehow I had no credit and he still got me what I wanted. I walked out sane day with my new car and in my price range. Thank you guys so much
