Amazing experience, quick and easy
Mike really took care of us, we got nice SUV and warranty, lengthy process but well worth the wait and drive
I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone. My husband had been discussing an Infiniti with Karam. We were paying cash and were told car was in excellent condition, very clean. Even had that on a decal on the windshield. We asked repeatedly if anyone was driving the vehicle, was it mechanical and cosmetically sound. We bought a truck here with Taylor, and Austin helped us as well. They didn’t really know what they were doing with paperwork, and kept dragging out the title transfer process, but we ended up getting the car. Then, we realized they had failed to disclose a serious emergency brake problem on the vehicle, so we informed them, and they said they would fix it. 3 weeks of waiting for “the part to come in”, we drop the truck off on a Monday, we hear nothing so we call them asking about it, they say the “wrong part was ordered.” O... read more
I work here and I got my wife a 2015 Toyota Highlander suv from here, great customer service, everyone is super friendly, I love my job and the people here, cant say that about most places. They will work with you on repairs, payments. Just dont take advantage of thier kindness. I definitely recommend coming to see us here at autoland!
