I always had great service from service, until today! I bought the car 3 years ago and ALWAYS trusted them to do good by me, until today! Please DO NOT EVER schedule an appointment online because the new GIRL they have now deletes them and expects you to make more trips! NOT ME! I'd give negative stars if i could. Went to look at a used car that i was 99% already sold on after reading car reviews and service record of car. Was hesitant after experience my wife had with brand new car from there but willing to give 2nd chance. my wife bought a brand new car a few years ago. 9 miles at purchase. Car had nothing but mechanical issues while we had it. would take weeks if not months to get resolved if ever at autoland. Anyway, went to look at this car. Service was extremely poor. We had a vehicle towed into this dealership after the motor malfunctioned and it took over 3 days for them to even look at the vehicle. I personally went to the dealership and then finally the service dept. confirmed the motor was blown. No loaner vehicle, just attitude all around when asked if they have done anything yet. I would not recommend to go here for any service. I did not deal with the car sales at all so I cannot speak for that.
