Service was extremely poor. We had a vehicle towed into this dealership after the motor malfunctioned and it took over 3 days for them to even look at the vehicle. I personally went to the dealership and then finally the service dept. confirmed the motor was blown. No loaner vehicle, just attitude all around when asked if they have done anything yet. I would not recommend to go here for any service. I did not deal with the car sales at all so I cannot speak for that.
I just had a fabulous experience buying a brand new 2026 Hyundai venue and I have been driving it for about a month now I can absolutely say I am in love with it! Kelly and everyone at Autoland Hyundai made the process pleasant, smooth and as painless as possible I definitely recommend Autoland Hyundai for anyone looking to purchase a new or preowned vehicle. Ask for Kelly! But everyone I encountered at the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable so anyone at the dealership would help you I’m sure
I Live in Pittsburgh an was looking for a new truck. Found this dealership an hour outside the city. Walked in was greeted by a lady who offered me a drink. Good first impression. My salesman Greg was very personal able. Cool guy went over all the details of the truck, went for test drive an history of it. Everything went great. Since this is about a used car that I bought from you, I’ll speak plainly. I found out later on that. The oil was low when I purchased it. I’ll add the photo on here where on the front hood? There was a piece of tape that matched the color of the hood and when a bad windstorm came, it blew off, Leaving a very ugly spot on the hood of my car.
