I Live in Pittsburgh an was looking for a new truck. Found this dealership an hour outside the city. Walked in was greeted by a lady who offered me a drink. Good first impression. My salesman Greg was very personal able. Cool guy went over all the details of the truck, went for test drive an history of it. Everything went great. Since this is about a used car that I bought from you, I’ll speak plainly. I found out later on that. The oil was low when I purchased it. I’ll add the photo on here where on the front hood? There was a piece of tape that matched the color of the hood and when a bad windstorm came, it blew off, Leaving a very ugly spot on the hood of my car. Purchased new 2026 Santa Fe , $50,000 ish. Noted dent on vehicle body. They wisked it over to shop to fix it, not able to . Rescheduled then cancelled due to no loaner car. Rescheduled again, left the car , got a call later to pick it up, can't fix it, paint is cracking. Now needs to go to an autobody shop for repair. Very disappointed in the service . I’ve bought 2 vehicles here. Both brand new . I went for what should have been my last free service on my 2023 Kona . I called for the appointment on march 19 . I was scheduled for march 26 . Upon arrival I was informed that the service was not free because I was 1 day past my anniversary date of purchase which apparently was the 25 th . Leased my new vehicle today. Bob was super nice and tried to have as much ready as possible before I got there to get the car I wanted. I believe I got a very fair price. Greg was also super nice and helped us with some things. We had an issue with the vehicle we drove there and they even helped us out a ton with that- more than they needed to and we are super appreciative! Would recommend them to anyone!
