Service is quick. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.
Went in thinking it was the alternator, they tell me it's not that and I need to pay 200 more to run diagnostics. Then they claim they fixed an electrical problem with my dash which I saw no evidence of before hand. They said my battery light was not coming on but it was on when I brought it in. The they say actually you do need a new alternator and the issue was still not fixed so that cost an extra 400. Ended up paying 900 for what should have been a 400 dollar job possibly less. The customer service is fantastic! When I dropped my vehicle off the staff was professional and courteous. The facility is clean and pristine, unlike your usually car repair shop. My vehicle was repaired in the time frame given and for the price I was quoted. I highly recommend Auto Lab to all vehicle owners.
