RecommendedI hate car repairs, but Auto Lab is amazing! I can’t say enough about Bob and his crew. They are always going out of their way to make sure they are fixing it in a timely and cost efficient way! They really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Great place, great people.
this place stripped the drain plug on my car when I just went in for an oil change. it was impossible to remove it. I tried over an hour to take it off. When I went in today to see how they would explain themselves, they were closed, even though it said they are there on Saturdays. I call their number and they said they'd be there on the first and last Saturdays of the month, and this was the first Saturday. also, they're anti maskers there.
Auto Lab is amazing. They do awesome work and a thorough job. And when they see an issue, they will work with you to get the problems fixed. Their customer service is amazing. Absolutely top notch. Torrey and Bob do a great job running the business. Yes, the prices can be a little higher than other places. However, I myself have found that you get what you pay for. And if you want top service, great quality, these are the folks to take your car to.

I went to AutoLab after calling a few other local car service providers. I talked to one of the team members and asked all the same questions I asked the other places and felt very comfortable with the responses. I just got raped by this company. They charged me $621 for a belt and pulley for a Mitsubishi Galant. That is just crazy. I will never come to this guys for anything.
I hate buying new cars - my goal is always to drive a car until it slowly dies away. Thank you Auto Lab for keeping my wonderful little Escape running! I trust Wayne, the mechanic with any mechanical thing I own, and the service manager has been amazing at helping us keep this thing running!
