Called and spoke with Ray about installing 2 DVD headrests in my Nissan Rogue. He told me to bring it in and he'll take a look at what I had. He was familiar with the product and explained the complete installation process to me. We set up the appointment for installation. I arrived for the appointment a little early and he started working on it right away. He was done before the quoted time. Mario did excellent work installing the GROM Vline and OEM XM components in my truck. Ray, the owner, is friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone in need of audio/electrical work to be done.
