Stay away from these guys!! We had an awful experience with them after purchasing, which resulted in legal actions against Auto Image. They were in the process of changing locations during the sale of our vehicle which made my experience with them terrible. They are still in Columbia,SC with the same poor customer service. After your purchase do not expect to get in contact with anyone from this business. I repeat STAY AWAY.
MISTAKE – Worst experience ever. I bought my car on May 7th after shopping around. Dude says he sells "quality" vehicles.. "Dont buy from such & such, they dont sell the same 'quality' of car as I do..." Needless to say, I'm still WALKING right now. My car is allegedly being fixed for the 2nd time. They had it in a shop for 2 weeks, when I got it back NOTHING was fixed!! Not even the minor things. So we set another date to get it fixed. They have had it for an ADDITIONAL THREE WEEKS now. No pressure sales – My experience here was a pleasant one. Very nice people but they can be quite busy at times. There was no pressure to purchase. They even located a vehicle for me since they didn't quite have what I wanted on their lot. I recommend Auto Image, Inc. to all my family & friends.
Unsatisfactory Business Conduct – This business has a documented unsatisfactory record due to it's habitual failure to respond to complaints. I wish I had checked before doing business with them !!! I recently had to file and seek damages in Magistrate Court because Auto Image failed to respond to my complaints. The Court awarded the full amount of damages I sought through the issuance of a Default Judgment.
