I am the proud owner of a 2020 Chevy Bolt all electric. Auto House made that possible. James Leader went the extra mile for me. The Tucson dealership had some very nice Chevy Bolts but I needed a blue one. James found one at the Phoenix Auto House dealerships and arranged for it to be brought down. He was very patient with me and did not pressure me at any time. Trust is important and I could trust James at Auto House.
Called and told him I was interested in the truck. I applied for credit a gentleman told me he was working on it. Two days later I asked him for an update. He said he was still working on it and it’s been almost a couple weeks. Guess he still working on it??? Idk
James Leader called me on his day off! What CUSTOMER SERVICE! Amazing!
Probably the nicest dealership in Tucson. Latasha and James were very accommodating and got us a great deal on a really nice van. They have also been amazing after the sale. We couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this dealership.
The whole team really did what they had to do to make it happen for me. Shout out to Kevin the GM for all the help. You can tell he really takes care of his employees just as good as his customers. What a great team!
