One of the workers stole my Fitbit out of my center console. Absolutely unacceptable. Once I reached out to the owner about it, he called me back and cussed me out. DO NOT GO HERE!Go across the street
Was my first time there. My car was not that bad but I saw that it needed a cleaning in certain places. They were done in 10 minutes and the areas that needed the cleaning were totally missed. These were area that were highly visible. They barely vacuumed out the car also. Will not be going back there.
Using for years and the manager had a carefree attitude towards me wanting to get my wheels cleaned. I didn't expect that from these guys but I will no longer go there ever again. I will try across the street. I dont mind paying for good service so had he told me that's extra fee that's fine. Just saying " you need to get a $150 detail to get your rims clean is redic and he knows it.
UNDER STAFFED. HAVE BECOME SLOPPY AND THEY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE. VIRTUALLY NO SUPERVISION. THIS IS SIMPLY A SIDE BUSINESS FOR A BODY SHOP. THEY USED TO BE GOOD. SAD!
This place out does Mister Car Wash all day every day. The prices, quality of service and detail they offer is outstanding. You will not be disappoint in how clean and shiny your car is when they are done. I've seen the owner come from behind the counter inside on busy days to assist his crew on many occasions and then offer you a complimentary bottle of water. That's customer service!!
My SUV was looking like a dirty girl when I brought her in. After they were done,She looked like a shiny new penny!!
Unbelievable, every time I've been here they have left me completely unsatisfied. I've only been 3 times and all 3 experiences have been horrible. This last time 1-12-17 I payed 40 dollars and had to point out at least 5 places they missed and ended up grabbing a rag and doing it myself. Go somewhere else trust me.
Customer service wasn't really good but I was very pleased with the work
