Horrible. Needed my rear defrost "tab" put back on the back window, I walked into a cluttered, dirty, poor lite office area. (with a nasty dirty fish tank in the lobby) I spoke with the Asian lady, who I believe owns the place. She told me $50 cash to fix it. I about hit the floor. I can buy a tube of the epoxy for $30 and do it my self. I pulled out a $20 and she gladly took it. They repaired the rear defrost and within 1 day it was broke again, fell right off the window.
