Nels the tech who came to replace my rear windshield in my Expedition arrived early, he got straight to work on my vehicle and was done in about an hour. He was very professional and polite and did a first hand job. Will recommend Auto Glass in the future. Thank you.

Communication was terrible, and resulted in everyone being on different pages, guy was pretty rude. My glass is no longer cracked, but would not recommend. Probably better ways to get it replaced.
