I had a 8am appointment, I arrived at 7:45am. I walked in and the young man was on the phone, turned his back to me and proceeded with his conversation. When he finished the call, he turned to me and said we don't open till 8am. Bad impression to your first customer of the day. I went back to my car and a gentleman came out, greeted me professionally and said we're ready for your car. My driver's window was replaced within 45 minutes and I was on my way. Horrible Service! We originally went to the location for faster service, the office was NASTY! Ants were crawling on the chairs and the waiting room was disgusting! After 20 min past and my car was still not even moved to the working area,I left! The receptionist agreed to send someone to me for a higher quote. I just wanted to leave, so I agreed. This crew was excellent. My appt wasn't until 3p, but I got there about 2:30. They got started about 2:50. They were fast and everyone was as nice and well mannered as possible. I highly recommend them. A 5 star business!
